1. Production time
Many of our products are made individually for you.
The usual production time is:
2 to 4 working days
Note for personalised products
For orders created from your own photo, we carefully review each image before production.
If your image is not suitable for the best result, we will contact you by email. In this case, production begins only after the open points have been clarified.
2. Delivery time
The total delivery time, including production and shipping, is usually:
5 to 7 working days
In exceptional cases, delays may occur, especially due to:
- high demand
- logistical delays with the shipping carrier
- clarifications for personalised orders
3. Shipping carriers
We work with reliable European shipping partners, including:
- GLS
- DHL
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information so you can follow the status of your delivery.
4. Telephone number for delivery
A telephone number is required for every order.
This is shared only with the shipping carrier so they can contact you directly if there is an issue with delivery, for example:
- address questions
- delivery problems
- delivery arrangements
Your telephone number is used only for delivery purposes and not for marketing.
5. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are shown clearly at checkout.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions.
6. Delayed shipments
Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by the relevant logistics company.
If a delay occurs, we will actively support you and help with the resolution process.

- checking the tracking information
- contacting the shipping carrier
- starting an investigation where needed
7. Lost shipments
Although rare, parcels can occasionally be lost in transit.
In this case, the official investigation and claims process of the shipping carrier applies first.
We will support you throughout this process and handle communication where needed.
8. Shipping protection
For extra peace of mind, we may offer optional shipping protection at checkout.
If shipping protection is selected when placing your order, you may benefit from:
- faster replacement if a parcel is lost
- priority handling
- no need to wait for the full external investigation to be completed
If shipping protection is not selected, the order will be handled through the regular process of the shipping carrier.
9. Customer responsibility
Please make sure that all details entered at checkout are correct and complete, especially:
- delivery address
- email address
- telephone number
Incorrect details may cause delays or delivery problems.
